As a transformational leader, I am committed to excellence, not only of my own performance, but also in the performance of my team and organization as a whole. I set high standards for myself and others, and I  work to create a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

To demonstrate my commitment to excellence as a transformational leader I often:

1. Set clear performance expectations: I define and communicate clear, measurable, and challenging goals and expectations to my others, which helps to create a shared sense of purpose and focus.
2. Provide support and resources: I ensure that my followers have the necessary resources, tools, and training to achieve their goals and meet performance expectations.
3. Encourage continuous improvement: I foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting ongoing learning and development among others. I also provide opportunities for training, coaching, and mentorship to help others grow and develop their skills.
4. Hold myself and others accountable: I take responsibility for my own performance and hold others accountable for meeting performance expectations.  I provide constructive feedback, recognition and rewards when goals are achieved.
5. Lead by example: I set an example by demonstrating my own commitment to excellence. I model the desired behavior, work ethic and expectations, and inspire others to follow suit.

Overall, as a transformational leader I am dedicated to achieving excellence in all aspects of my work and that of the team or organization. By creating a culture of high performance, I can motivate others to continuously improve and reach their full potential.
